Heather has 12 year’s experience working for an international estate agency as a senior negotiator, which helps enormously in understanding the buying process also giving her a broad knowledge of buyers varied requirements and a very sympathetic ear.

Bob has come from a background of management and was MD of a large Agricultural Tractor Manufacturing company, before moving to South West Wales.  This combined experience ensures that we negotiate a good deal for our clients enabling us to give a very professional service, and thus saving them an immense amount of time and in particular we can often save our fee.
